Which is a family run business run by Chris, Sue, James and Samantha Ashdown, we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Shipping And Handling We will normally send your order to you in <1-2> business days with some items not in stock taking 2-3 days. Items out of stock will be placed on back order and the customer informed by email

All orders are dispatched by either Royal Mail or City-Link to UK Mainland addresses only, using a next working day delivery.

A email is sent to each customer upon dispatch, telling the delivery method, expected delivery date and if applicable the consignment number. City-link customers must be available to sign for the goods or they will be returned to us by city-link at additional cost

Customers must inform Internet Workwear Ltd of any discrepancies or non-deliveries within 7 days of the goods being dispatched to tel no 01493-843003 and confirmed by email to sales@internet-workwear.co.uk.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges British Chefs Has applied for VAT registration, Orders placed before the registration comes through will receive a VAT invoice after registration
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy Returns will only be accepted up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after the goods were dispatched to you.

Any item returned after the above period will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the items invoice value

For items that are ordered in the wrong size then they will be exchanged at no cost for a simular priced item, but postage at for the second postage will be charged to you for the re-delivery

Initial shipping charges will not be re-imbersed if goods are returned for any reason apart from faulty goods

Returned goods must be in there original packaging with all labels still on the garment.

Returned goods must be returned with either your packing list or a copy of your invoice stating what you would like us to do with your order and if applicable new style codes and sizes.

Please make sure you send the items back with a recorded delivery service, otherwise we can not be held responsible for lost goods

Business to Business customers are not covered by the EU Distant Selling Directive and returns are at the discression of Internet Workwear Ltd who should be contacted prior to dispatch

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged where business customers return items without contacting us first by email to james@internet-workwer.co.uk stating your order number and the garments to be returned.
